Our Story

Born from a Passion for Gaming

Pixeloper was founded in 2021 by a small group of Sydney-based gamers who were frustrated by the lack of quality, locally-focused gaming coverage in Australia. We wanted reviews that accounted for AU server performance, local pricing context, and the unique gaming culture Down Under.

What started as a passion project in a Surry Hills apartment has grown into one of Australia's most-read gaming platforms, with a dedicated team spread across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.
